Text Message Terms

This site is a demo for a fictional company, Ironwood Landscape Co. It sends no text messages and makes no calls. These terms show the wording a real deployment would use for the optional call-or-text box on the proposal form.
What the messages would be
Texts and calls would be about the request you made on the form: scheduling a property walk, confirming a visit, and sending the written plan. They would not be advertising for unrelated products.
Your consent is optional
Consent is not a condition of purchase. The box on the form is never pre-checked. If you leave it empty, the form still works, and the company would not call or text you about your request.
By checking the box, you would agree that the company may call or text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology, about your request.
Frequency and cost
The number of messages depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call(813) 555-0134(demo number). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
