One point of contact
A named account lead answers the phone, joins a board meeting when you ask, and sends the manager a short report each month.
Proof before the contract
Insurance certificates with the association named on them, licence numbers, and applicator cards are handed over before anyone signs.
A schedule for the season, not the calendar
Mowing frequency follows the wet and dry seasons. Fertilizer follows the county rules. The plan is written down month by month.
Storm terms agreed in advance
Cleanup order and pricing are in the contract, so the board is not negotiating while limbs are on the road.
