Why work here

What a day on our crews looks like

  • The same crew, the same properties

You learn a property and its residents, and you are the person who notices what changed.

  • Heat safety is part of the schedule

Water, shade and rest breaks are planned into the route, and we start early in the summer.

  • Training on the job

New crew members work beside a crew lead until they are comfortable with the equipment and the routine.

  • A path to lead a crew

Crew leads are usually people who started on the mowers. We look inside first when a lead position opens.
